However, the trend of declining data availability is concerning. Powell, speaking at a Senate Banking Committee meeting, responded to a senator's question by stating, 'I don't want anyone to think that the data has deteriorated to the point where we can't understand the economy, although it's not perfect, the direction of its development is concerning.'
