It proposes optimizing the logistics and transportation network of Shanghai Port. By leveraging systems such as the International Container Transport Service Platform (MaaS) and utilizing blockchain technology, it aims to empower international logistics multimodal transport collaboration. It will accelerate the development of multimodal transport 'single document' and 'single container' systems. It will also promote the construction of an inland waterway transport system and expedite the creation of river-sea direct channels.
