This is the third time UXUY has organized this event, focusing on discussions around the Digital Asset Policy Declaration 2.0 and the Hong Kong Dollar stablecoin.
Following the guidance of the 'Hong Kong Digital Asset Policy Declaration 2.0,' the Hong Kong region of China will implement a stablecoin issuer regulatory system starting from August 1, 2025. This will reshape the global digital asset landscape significantly, breaking the monopoly of USD stablecoin issuers like Tether and Circle.
