In a recent interview, Robinhood CEO Vlad Tenev revealed that the company has received numerous requests from private companies to issue tokenized stocks on its platform, allowing retail investors to invest in their stocks. Currently, Robinhood only offers tokenized stock trading in the EU region, providing over 200 tokenized US stocks that can be traded five days a week. Tenev added that Robinhood's long-term goal is to onboard thousands of private companies onto its platform.
