According to reports, NASDAQ-listed GameSquare has announced that it has spent $5 million to purchase 1,818.84 ETH to support its Ethereum treasury, after previously announcing plans to gradually establish an Ethereum treasury with a total value of up to $100 million. As part of the initial funding arrangement, the company will issue 8,421,054 common shares or equivalent securities at a price of $0.95 per share, with an expected fundraising of approximately $8 million before deducting related expenses.
