According to reports, the RWA stablecoin protocol R2 has officially integrated with the Wormhole cross-chain bridge, currently supporting cross-chain interaction on the BSC and ETH sepolia testnets. It is expected to go live next week with support for more L1/L2 multi-chain interaction functionalities.

The R2 final testnet has been live for two weeks with over 180,000 participating users. The testing focuses on core functions such as sR2USD automatic compound staking, R2 Token yield simulation claims, and exit mechanisms, with a testing period of approximately two months aimed at collecting real feedback and optimization suggestions for the mainnet launch.

R2 is building a sustainable yield stablecoin protocol that allows users to deposit USDC or USDT, with the platform allocating funds to multiple global RWA strategies and charging management and performance fees to help users earn institutional-grade real-world asset returns.
