San Francisco, November 2025 — Vishwa, the AI infrastructure company building the verifiable, trustless coordination fabric for autonomous finance, announced its technical contribution to Kite AI’s new Agentic Payment framework, a technical whitepaper that defines a reference architecture for agent-led payment rails.
The whitepaper explores how autonomous AI agents can initiate, verify, and settle payments independently through programmable, stablecoin-native rails, enabling real-time, machine-to-machine value transfer without human intermediaries.
Vishwa’s founder Nathan Liang participated as a peer reviewer, providing feedback on key components that strengthen the framework’s scalability and security, including state channel construction, oracle systems with SLA enforcement, game-theory boundaries of agent reputation, and cross-chain compatibility.
“The agentic economy is more than a concept—it’s an infrastructure problem,” said Nathan Liang, Co-Founder of Vishwa. “Kite’s programmable constraints and three-tier identity for payment infrastructure are ambitious, and our work at Vishwa ensures agents can operate across networks with verifiable coordination. Payments are only the first step. The next is enabling capital to think and move for itself.”
Beyond Payments: The Coordination Layer of the Agentic Economy
While Kite AI’s SPACE framework defines how agents participate in Agentic Payment—through stablecoin-native settlement, programmable constraints, agent-first authentication, compliance-ready rails and economically viable micropayments—Vishwa extends this architecture into a full-scale capital coordination layer for capital, where agents can price risk, allocate liquidity, and execute strategies across networks.
Powered by graph neural networks (GNN) and zero-knowledge proofs (ZK), Vishwa’s system enables AI agents to discover hidden relationships between assets, verify states across more than 160 chains, and execute institutional strategies without moving the underlying assets or disrupting existing custody setups.
Where Kite AI builds the agentic payment rails, Vishwa provides the coordination fabric that turns value transfer into intelligent capital movement. Together, the two technologies form a foundational stack of autonomous finance.
“Our collaboration with Kite AI is part of a broader mission to make agents first-class citizens of finance,” added Liang. “From verifiable intent to autonomous execution, the industry is converging on a new standard where intelligence, not intermediaries, moves capital across networks.”
Live Traction in Autonomous Finance
Vishwa’s traction underscores its role as a leading infrastructure builder in the emerging agentic economy:
-
Over $20 million in value optimized on Sui through its first institutional product, BTCvc, with an additional $20 million currently on-boarding on Solana
-
$660M+ in committed liquidity across institutional partners
-
160+ blockchain networks unified
-
Institutional collaborations with Fidelity Labs, Galaxy Digital, and Metalpha
Live performance metrics publicly available on DeFiLlama
BTCvc stands for Custodial Vishwa BTC — an institutional-grade, proof-of-ownership representation of custodial BTC. Which is designed for institutions that want yield exposure without exiting cold storage or existing custody arrangements. The structure verifies asset positions via cryptographic proofs and allows capital to flow without ever shifting underlying control.
Who’s Backing Vishwa
Vishwa is backed by a group of funds and angel investors focused on category-defining technology:
-
Seed led by Dispersion Capital and Panga Ventures
-
Strategic angels from Coinbase, Salesforce, Mysten Labs, Fidelity Labs, Avalanche Foundation, Nixon Foundation, and Kite AI
-
Founding team includes engineers and researchers from Stanford, MIT, Berkeley, CMU, and Brown, with over $300M in prior fundraising and exits
About Vishwa
Vishwa is building the AI infrastructure for autonomous finance, a verifiable and trustless coordination fabric that enables capital to operate intelligently across networks.
As the foundational layer for the autonomous movement of capital, Vishwa allows AI agents to discover, verify, and execute institutional strategies in a secure, compliant, and continuous manner. In this new paradigm, capital is not moved by intermediaries but by verifiable intelligence: agents governed by cryptographic rules and executing institutional logic around the clock.
Vishwa provides the substrate that makes this system possible, a universal fabric where value, data, and decisions flow as seamlessly as information travels on the internet.
Trusted by leading institutions. Connected to over 160 chains. One intelligent network.
