Rowland Marcus Andrade  the CEO of NAC foundation and creator of AML Bitcoin  says the U.S. government is trying to destroy his company after the Department of Justice and the Securities and Exchange Commission filed fraud charges against him on Thursday, June 25.

AML Bitcoin was marketed as a token compliant with know-your-customer and anti-money-laundering laws. Andrade told Coindesk in an interview on Friday, June 26 that the charges against him are unwarranted.

Andrade claimed that the government was conspiring with co-founder of AML Bitcoin Jack Abramoff to convince him to sell the company.

He added that the government is trying to create its own compliant digital currency based on his technology.
