According to Bloomberg, Kraken, the Bitcoin exchange, is sued by a former employee Jonathan Silverman because of failing to pay $900,000 for the work he did. The suit was filed on April 4th in New York. Jonathan Silverman worked as institutional sales at trading desk in NYC. According to him, the company promised to pay him 10% commission of the trading desk’s annual profits. However, he never got paid based on an over $19 million profit the company earned in 2017. Kraken’s spokeswoman claimed Jonathan Silverman was lying and in breach of his confidentiality agreement.
