According to TrustNodes, Bitcoin and Ethereum’s integration with the current financial system is likely to continue to the point where someday maybe bitcoin too effectively gets a weekend.

Bitcoin is traded globally in thousands of exchanges without weekend. Therefore the weekend shouldn’t make a difference.

Regulators in western country generally have not intervened and in Europe the crypto blockchain space is even being encouraged. In traditional financial system, Bitcoin is a risk hedging instrument, and is being traded on Wall Street and likewise places more frequently.
