Google has responded to allegations that their new update was purposely steering possible readers away from cryptocurrency news sites, according to Forbes. The company has recently come under fire by sites like CCN, for allegedly blackballing the cryptocurrency news industry. Google stated that their update only aims to bring users relevant results to whatever they’re searching for. A Google representative also said that with any update some sites will gain more clicks while others will lose those clicks.
