German company Karatbars is currently being investigated by Florida fincial regulators, after claiming that they had raised $100 million in a 2018 initial coin offering (ICO), according to CoinDesk.

Karat bars has since announced its going to follow up it first token sale with another one in December 2019. While The original sale was for an allegedly Gold backed cryptocurrency the new one will be base on a Miami Bank.
