The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has been contacted by the World Federation of Exchanges (WFE) in a plea to stop the ban of the sale of crypto derivatives to retail customers, according to an article posted by the WFE.

The FCA has been consulting the industry on how it can possibly protect investors who want to buy crypto-based futures, options and contracts. The WFE insists that its goal is to help find the right balance between enabling innovative products while also making sure that they’re responsible in what they’re selling.
