Twitter Appears to Be Restricting Posts That Contain Crypto Addresses

Following the coordinated fraud yesterday, Twitter is now disabling users to send posts that contain cryptocurrency addresses.

The Block Research team conducted multiple tests and the result shows that Litecoin, XPR, Monero, Bitcoin, and Ethereum addresses sharing are blocked. 

Twitter’s anti-hack measure intends to protect users from further fraud. However, the method also affected accounts like WhaleAlerts who is now urging Twitter to resolve the issue.
