Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg will once again find himself in the courtroom, as he will attempt to defend the cryptocurrency project Libra before lawmakers later this month, according to CoinDesk.

It was announced on Wednesday by the House Financial Services Committee that Zuckerberg will testify on Oct. 23. Zuckerberg will be the only witness on trial for the hearing titled “An Examination of Facebook and Its Impact on the Financial Services and Housing Sectors.”
