Facebook and Calibra are facing lawsuits in New York federal court for various alleged trademark related claims made by Finco Services, according to the Block.

The lawsuit claims that Facebook and Calibra infringed on their trademark, created unfair competition and “false designation of origin.” All this stems from the Calibra logo which Finco feels is too close to their mobile app “current”. Finco is seeking damages, preliminary and permanent injunctive relief.
