The Bank of Ireland (BOI) staff once thought willing to testify against the OneCoin scam has now done a 180 and seems to be unwilling to voluntarily help the court proceedings, according to TNW.

The BOI reportedly told the U.S. government that Deirdre Ceannt, Derek Collins, Diane Sands, and Gregg Begley all employees of the BOI will not testify voluntarily. Prosecutors are accusing Mark Scott a former partner with international law firm Locke Lord, of laundering $300 million for OneCoin with accounts that were held at the BOI.
