5,200 tobacco shops in France are now offering the ability to purchase Bitcoin in a attempt to boost revenue, according to Bitcoin.com.

This idea is born from French fintech startup Keplerk which started the service earlier in the year and has just resumed the service on Oct. 9. All stores will have a payment Bimedia payment terminal. The terminals will  only have Bitcoin until further notice.
