Trading platform ERX has been granted permission to operate in Thailand from the country's Securities and Exchange Commission, according to an announcement on Tuesday, July 21.

The exchange is the sixth to be provided the digital assets exchange license since regulation of the space began in 2018. The exchange was started by Elevated Returns, a company dedicated to digitizing traditional assets.

The ERX exchange only offers tokenized digital assets rather than cryptocurrencies. ER group plans to bring real estate backed investment tokens to the exchange.
