Chinese blockchain application NEO is partnering with the Blockchain-based Services Network (BSN) to help push blockchain technology into the mainstream, according to an announcement on Tuesday, July 21.

BSN plans to provide a public catalog of blockchain resources and attempt to reduce development, operation, maintenance, deployment and application management costs.

Organizations like the Chinese State Information Center and China Mobile will also join the network's efforts to aid mainstream adoption of blockchain.
