Stephen Moore, President Donald Trump’s former nominee for the Federal Reserve, is set to issue a stablecoin that is backed by a fractional reserve, according to TheBlockCrypto.

Moore will be joining forces with former Ronald Reagan deputy general counsel Ralph Benko and Everipedia co-founder Sam Kazemian to launch their stablecoin called Frax. Moore is serving as co-founder and chief economic officer of Frax, with Kazemian as the other co-founder.
