Even with the most popular cryptocurrency in the United States, Bitcoin, on a bearish run, cryptocurrency has almost doubled in American ownership since the past year, according to a survey from Finder.

The survey shows that American cryptocurrency ownership has risen from 7.95% in 2018 to 14.4% in 2019. Finder, the Australian-based financial services firm, surveyed 2,068 Americans to figure out that about 36.5 million people in the United States own digital currency.
