Bitcoin (BTC) has now transferred $11 trillion in wealth since its blockchain went live back in 2009, according to analyst PlanB.

The latest buoyant statistics show that Bitcoin is currently still beating out their fiat currency competitors. The network currently processes at a rate of almost $10 billion a day. This rate has Bitcoin surpassing PayPal’s total transactions for the entire year of 2018, which ended at $578 billion, in merely two months. These number show that despite Bitcoin’s bearish trend there is still a lot of interest in the virtual currency.
