Zcoin Found Attacks at its Protocol

Summary: According to cryptoslate.com, Zcoin team found a flaw in Zerocoin’s cryptography protocol. It allowed the attacker to forge zero-knowledge proofs and create coins out of thin air. Although this flaw can be fixed, Zcoin team plans to focus on transitioning to its new privacy protocol Sigma, instead of allocate more resources to this flaw.
