Greg Tusar, the co-founder of Tagomi and electronic trading pioneer, joins Coinbase as vice president of institutional products, announced Tuesday. 

After acquiring the leading institutional crypto brokerage Tagomi in May, Coinbase hires its co-founder and former CTO to help with institutional offerings, including the margin trading to institutional investors in 45 states across the U.S.

Tusar will partner with Brett Tejpaul, the head of institutional coverage, to build institutional trading infrastructure and integrate Tagomi’s platform into Coinbase, including recently announced Coinbase Pro and Coinbase Custody.
