On behalf of China, Tencent, the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology (CAICT) and the Administration of State Taxation in Shenzhen, have put forth the "General Framework of DLT based invoices," project to try and successfully pass the new standards.
The project won the support of member and was approved, marking the official start of the blockchain invoice drafting. Next, Tencent, CAICT and the Administration of State Taxation in Shenzhen will jointly represent China to formulate the standards of blockchain invoice, including draft discussion and revision.
