According to Finance Magnates, the New York State Department of Financial Services (NYDFS) in the U.S. recently released a "green list" of cryptocurrencies. It has been pre-approved by regulatory agencies to allow license holders to list and trade. 


On the green list, regulatory agencies pre-approved some tokens to be listed and custodial. The approved custodial cryptocurrencies include BUSD, BTC, BCH, ETC, ETH, GUSD, LTC, PAXG, Pax and XRP. The cryptocurrencies approved for listing are BUSD, BTC, BCH, ETH, GUSD, LTC, PAXG and Pax. 


NYDFS stated on its website: "Any licensed entity can use the tokens on the list for approved purposes. It should be noted that if a licensed entity decides to use the tokens on the list, it must notify us before they start."
