Ethereum Classic Labs (ETC Labs), the core development organization of the Ethereum Classic Blockchain, announced today that it has hired Kobre & Kim, a cross-border dispute and investigation law firm, to cooperate with the authorities together with the blockchain analysis provider CipherTrace, to investigate and pursue the criminal charges against the perpetrators of the recent Ethereum Classic Blockchain attack. 

From July 31st to August 7 st, Blockchain data firm Bitquery found the ETC chain suffered two double-spending attacks, resulted in the cost of ETC tokens reaching millions of dollars.
