The chief executive of blockchain phone startup Sirin Labs, Moshe Hogeg, has been sued by mobile phone manufacturer Foxconn International Holding for failing to pay for the manufacturing costs of creating the Sirin smartphones, as reported by Ctech.

FIH is suing for $20 million claiming that they were only paid once in November 2018. Sirin labs raised $157 million from investors to build an Android smartphone with built-in cryptocurrency capabilities. The company's blockchain phones were relatively unsuccessful in the competitive market.

Hogeg has been sued several times before for other crypto endeavors, however he dismissed this suit as a media stunt when speaking with CTech.
