According to Cointelegraph, one million South Koreans already use a digital driver's license for blockchain that combines with PASS, a mobile app. That's more than 3% of South Korea's total driving population. 

The digital drivers license was launched in May by the National Police Agency in collaboration with the Korea Road Traffic Administration and the country's three major telecom providers SK, KT and LG U+.
