South Korea's Woori Bank and Shinhan Bank announced plans to launch an "encrypted asset service," according to Cointelegraph. This means that four of the country's top five Banks, which now hold assets worth more than $1.2 trillion, are now ready to introduce encryption services. 

The other two Banks, NH Nonghyup And Kookmin Bank, have previously worked with blockchain companies, and Nonghyup bank is expected to offer services to institutional investors in the coming months.
