Binance CEO ChangPeng Zhao said in a tweet this morning that its system traffic records an all-time-high, even higher than December 2017. 

The pattern may indicate a bull market for Bitcoin, which is currently trading at $12320.54 according to Bitpush Data.

Around 10 a.m. EST on August 17, Binance experienced a system spike issue. The platform’s auto-scaling was unable to catch up with the high traffic. CZ stated that the balance syncing issue and web traffic issue, which both lasted for a few minutes, have been fixed already.
