Arbol is an insurance provider for small to medium-sized farmers. When a preset value is different from contract stipulation, smart contracts will pay out claims to the subscriber.

One of Chainlink’s data sources will be the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). According to Arbol Founder and CEO Siddhartha Jha, tamper-resistant is necessary for parametric insurance products without middlemen.
