The United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is currently in the process of reviewing their previous decision to deny the Bitcoin (BTC) exchange-traded fund (ETF) filing from Bitwise Asset Management and NYSE Arca.

The SEC announced the review for the ETF filing from Bitwise Asset Management and NYSE Arca on Nov. 18. The SEC will be reviewing their original decision to reject the filing, due to not meeting necessary requirements regarding possible market manipulation and illicit activities.
