Crypto hacks have caused $13 billion worth of cryptocurrencies to be lost in total, according to a recent report by blockchain security company Slowmist.

Unsurprisingly, exchange hacks led the loss count with $4.5 billion stolen. Ethereuem DApp or ERC-20 hacks followed with $142 million lost. However, EOS DApps suffered the highest number of hacks with 115 events, but the funds lost in each attack were usually of less value.
