Monero, the open source cryptocurrency has warned users on Twitter of a hack that compromised the official wallet.

The investigation is currently ongoing; however, core developers have issued a statement confirming that the binaries of the Command Line Interface (CLI) wallet was compromised for a short period of time. Users who downloaded binaries throughout Nov. 19 and didn’t check the files integrity, should do so right away, the developer added.
