Fidelity president and head of strategy and planning, Peter Jubber, filed paperwork with the SEC today notifying the regulator of a new fund dedicated to Bitcoin, as reported by Forbes

The Wise Origin Bitcoin Index Fund I, LP was incorporated this year and is in early days. To date no investors have participated in the pooled investment fund, but the SEC filing shows that a $100,000 investment is required to join. The steep cost of entry suggests the fund is designed with institutions and accredited investors in mind.
