North Carolina has released guidlines to for attorneys to accept cryptocurrency as payment, according to Bloomberg Law.

North Carolina has become the second state to issue an advisory opinion giving guidance on taking cryptocurrency as payment. Cryptocurrencies can be accepted at a flat fee, as long as the fee isn’t excessive and ethics rules about entering into a business transaction with a client are met.
