Skattestyrelsen (Skat), the Danish tax agency, has requested that Denmark-based cryptocurrency users provide a full background of all their cryptocurrency transactions, according to Cointelegraph.

Skat sent tax compliance letters to Danish cryptocurrency users asking that they provide information about their profits and losses for fiscal years 2016 to 2018 for inventory valuation. The agency also requested the rates for each transaction, information on the purpose of acquiring digital currencies, and documentation regarding the creation of a cryptocurrency wallet.
