Kraken Security Labs have warned of a glaring weakness in KeepKey’s cryptocurrency hardware wallet which allows for attackers to steal funds in a mere 15 minutes.

The blog explains that a ““voltage glitching” attack could extract the encrypted seed used to access cryptocurrency stored on the device. After this the hackers only have to brute force the encrypted seed, since it is only protected by a 1-9 digit PIN.
