The posting is asking for blockchain software engineers or solutions architects to apply for three-year contracts. Accepted applicants will work in BIS centers located in Hong Kong or Switzerland.

Hired professionals will work on projects surrounding central bank digital currencies (CBDCs), tokenized securities and token-based payment systems.

BIS is a finance institution owned by 62 central banks and monetary authorities from a host of countries. Each central bank has voting rights in BIS meetings and also hold the BIS capital.
