Today, The Libra Association announced that it has appointed James Emmett as Managing Director of Libra Networks LLC, the operating company subsidiary of the Libra Association, which effect from 1 October 2020.

James Emmett is former CEO, COO of HSBC Bank plc, he worked at HSBC for 25 years and gained a lot of experience in financial services, business, strategy, technology, and operations.
