Three Arrows Capital completed the single largest mint of new wrapped Bitcoin by any merchant on Thursday, September 24.

The firm minted 2,316 WBTC through BitGo representing 3% of the current wrapped Bitcoin supply which currently stands at 81,000. Demand for tokenized Bitcoin on Ethereum has been steadily building for months and shows little sign of slowing.

The total supply of wrapped Bitcoin has grown by over 13,000% since January, Dune Analytics data shows.
