Fidelity Digital Assets, the cryptocurrency arm of Fidelity Investments, has created a new entity in the U.K. that will sell cryptocurrency services to European clients.
The U.K. entity will provide the fund manager a platform to sell digital asset services to European businesses, including hedge funds and family offices. The entity currently does not hold any regulatory permission. For the time being Fidelity will only offer support for investors in bitcoin but hopes to expand in 2020.
