Greece has decided to extradite Alexander Vinnik, the alleged former operator of now-defunct crypto exchange BTC-e, to France.

This decision comes after years of disagreement to which jurisdiction should deal with the alleged Bitcoin (BTC) laundering suspect. Russia was none too pleased with the Greek government’s decision to ignore Russia’s request to extradite Vinnik to the country of his citizenship.
