YouTubers with cryptocurrency-based content are reporting that their videos appear to be getting censored by the platform.

Cryptocurrency YouTuber Chris Dunn published a tweet stating that YouTube removed most of his cryptocurrency related content citing it as “harmful or dangerous content” and the “sale of regulated goods.” Dunn was not alone as crypto education channel Node Investor also tweeted that the channel had a video from two years ago taken down.

YouTube is yet to comment on the situation, although this could be a response to the recent discovery of accounts using the platform to spread cryptojacking malware.
