According to the latest data from Cosmos Github, its cross-chain protocol IBC1.0 has been completed. The protocol is the main plug-in supporting Cosmos's cross-chain, and designed around the Cosmos network and the Tendermint consensus engine.
IBC has created a complete interoperable two-way side chain, allowing value to be transferred across chains, and making full use of the instant finality of Tendermint to achieve the rapid transfer of tokens.
