According to the official announcement, MXC will launch NEAR Protocol (NEAR) on October 14th and open USDT trading. 

NEAR Protocol is a highly scalable basic protocol that ensures that DApp runs fast enough on mobile devices. It allows developers to build mobile blockchain DApp and run it locally, while providing developers with important information about DApps. 

NEAR is used to pay for validators, which provide scarce computing and storage resources for the network.
