Despite having suspended crypto withdrawals this morning, Crypto exchange OKEx has just received a large influx of bitcoin (BTC), worth approximately $22 million, from crypto exchange Huobi, according to Cointelegraph. This transfer adds 1,995 new BTC to the total BTC now frozen on OKEx due to the withdrawal suspension, which was announced earlier this morning when an investigation of one of the exchange's principal custodians was initiated.

Crypto holders are unsure of why OKEx would receive such a large transfer after suspending withdrawal services. Some find the transaction objectionable; others speculate that the transfer was a delayed BTC transaction that is just now being completed.
