Crypto exchange BitMEX is facing a third lawsuit filed by Moscow resident Dmitry Dolgov for violating regulations and market manipulation, according to court documents.

Dolgov alleges that the exchange violated anti-money laundering and know your customer guidelines leading to hackers and tax evaders to flock to the exchange. He added to his claim that the exchange and its founders engaged in and facilitated racketeering activities.

As evidence, the suit states that BitMEX generated over $30,000,000 in profit during three market manipulation events between 2019 and 2020. The latest suit echoes similar claims filed by the Commodities and Futures Trading Commission and US Department of Justice.
